COOK: 20-25 minutes
|113 Gr||Semi-Sweet Chocolate|
|113 Gr (1 stick)||Butter (unsalted & lactose free)|
|2 tbsp||Almond Flower|
Melt chocolat with butter in a pan at low heat.
Mix together sugar, egg yolks and flower in a bowl. Add this mixture to the pan.
Mix egg whites until firm. Then add the egg whites to the pan.
Mix all ingredients in the pan.
Transfer to Cake Pan (butter the bottom and sides of the dish first) and cook at 380 F for 20-25 minutes in pre-heated oven.
