INGREDIENTS
2 CUPs | broccoli |
---|---|
1 tbsp | crushed fresh ginger (or powder) |
1/2 tsp | light soy sauce (low sodium) |
1 tsp | sesame seeds |
1 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 : Saute crushed ginger (2 inch piece) in light olive oil
Step 2 :Add the chopped broccoli 🥦 stems and saute for a minute. Then Allow it to cooked covered for another minute
Step 3 : Add half a teaspoon of light soy sauce
Step 4: Add the broccoli florets and allow it to cook covered for another minute
Step 5: Sprinkle white sesame seeds
