Apple Crumble

This recipe is a so simple, takes 5′, and is simply delicious…


CALORIES: hum… who is counting!?

PREP: 5 minutes

COOK: 10 minutes


1 tbsp honey
1 tbspsugar
1 tbspalmond flour
1 tbspice cream (caramel recommended!)


Cut the apple in small 1/2 inch pieces (remove the core but keep the skin)

Mix the apple with the honey, sugar and almond flour

Add the mixture in a ramekins

Cook in air fryer or oven at high temperature (400 F) for 5′. Mix the ingredients and cook for another 10′ or until the top of the disk is brown due to caramelization.

Take the disk out of the oven or air fryer and add a scoop of ice cream on top of it. Serve immediately.

Note: You can easily change the quantities based on your personal taste….
